Want something to sink your teeth into? Well, the JoomlaDay Chicago Team has made phenomenal progress at organizing a JoomlaDay Chicago. The final date for the all day event is being set now, but May looks to be OUR MONTH to showcase Joomla to the Great Lakes Region, and the world!
What the HECK is a JoomlaDay you ask?
Well, where have YOU been hiding lately? JoomlaDay is an all-day learning event, focused primarily on NEW Joomla users, to immerse them in all things Joomla. For one day in May, the world spotlight will be on the Windy City, to see what WE can do to forward the Joomla movement in this area, and communicate to folks that THIS IS THE ANSWER they're waiting for, when it comes to ass-kickin' (can I say that?) CONTENT MANAGEMENT for non-profits, corporations, education and more.

There's a great deal of information on this, which I will leave to the JOOMLADAY CHICAGO TEAM to communicate, but suffice it to say, this TEAM is one you should volunteer to be on, if you have interest in staying at the cutting edge on Joomla, not to mention, helping your fellow Joomlicans and building some great local area relationships.
