- Each user can post up to 100 properties with pictures
- Virtual Tours
- Search all properties
- Submit request for a property you’re looking for (if none available)
- Mailing lists
- Support desk
- Video tutorials
- RE Agents can post as well (possibility)
- And more
- Capable of supporting about 3,000 accounts
- Runs on virtual server in Chicago

What the two IT guys didn’t think of is the marketing part, and this is why we need you. If you can help us market the site, bring clients and ultimately make some $$$ you’d make us very happy. As a matter of fact we’d be so happy; we’d share our profits with you.
