need a SURVEY extension 1 Year ago
I need to add a survey to a client site. It needs to accomodate about a dozen radio button type questions, plus some "comment" responses, plus contact info for respondents. At conclusion of the survey, output results to Excel.

Ease of editing is important because it is an annual survey and they will update the survey from time to time.

Suggestions? Thanks!

You can certainly realize surveys with Facile Forms (http://www.facileforms.biz/), but I probably takes a experienced user to create a survey.
However, once is created it is pretty easy to handle it.

Another option might be PollXT (http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,2183/Itemid,35/), but with this one, I'm not sure about the export to Excel.

If your customer doesn't mind paying $89, you can probably make him happy with SurveyForce (http://www.elearningforce.biz/joomla-components/surveyforce.html)

Hope this helps you a little bit! If I run across another option, I'll post it here...

Survey Force is tedious. I tried it and didn't like it. I am using the one from

It does a ton and looks very nice and you can do a lot with it.
This link has 2 simple surveys that I'm running on my own site. Register to the site because I have it set to logged in users only.
