I recieved this auto-generated email from my site:
A user has submitted an image for approval. Please login and take the appropriate action.
I spent about an hour searching community builder and every place I could think, but don't know where this needs to be approved.
Anyone know what this is from?

This is from Community Builder. You must have a setting so that when someone uploads or changes their avatar that the administrator must moderate the images. Just select that the images are not moderated in the configuration of your CB settings.
