I just installed 2 sites on a new host and both will not let me make any changes and save them. I'm in Joomla and go to save and it kicks me out to the login area. What am I doing wrong?

What version of JOS are you running?
Try to do a global check-in from the admin back-end.

You may also have problems with sessions, on some hosts you need to change permissions on the temp directory. Try turning debugging ON, you can do it from Joomla or directly by editing configuration.php file. That may give you a hint what is causing the problem.
