We open it up for everyone to get to know each other better, and make those vital business and social contacts with over 49 (but less than 51) people with skills that are sure to compliment your own. We could over-promise, and say this thirty minutes could change your life, help you lose twenty pounds (or gain, if you're like Linda), help you make 300% more income, and get more connections with the opposite sex - but that'd be an understatement. | Led by YOU!

March 2008: Must-Have Extensions |
|
You're Invited! JoomlaChicago March 2008 Meeting
JoomlaChicago is pleased to welcome Ed Swiderski from Green Canyon, LLC, (how appropriate for March - "Green Canyon") to present a highly interactive and timely subject for March, 2008: "Must-Have" Joomla Extensions. As always, our standing group meeting is on the second Wednesday of the month, from noon - 1:00 pm at 500 West Madison, in Chicago's Loop.

There will be a half-hour pre-meeting warm-up with "Joomla 101," co-presented by Delane David of Ideal Media Publishers, and John Coonen of The Coffee Group, covering the basics of Joomla - what it is, why you need it and how to get started.
Joomla is certainly an amazing Content Management System (CMS) in its own right, but add on the functionality of extensions such as Community Builder, Fireboard, or one of our favorites here in the Windy City - Registration Pro - and now you're talkin' about putting some real meat on the bones! You're giving your site interactivity, dynamic interest and purpose!
